Starting as a seagoing Marine engineer in the commercial sector I have since worked at Wartsila before moving to Lloyds Register as a engineering systems specialist. I am now the NavyX Experimentation Plans Team Leader. I am a chartered engineer with a MSc in engineering. I have led the XV Patrick Blackett project from it’s inception. I have also led the Autonomous Pacific 24 project. Now I am the lead for delivering IMO Degree 4 autonomy on Patrick Blackett.
